What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the date you signed up. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use your email only to send you news about Hot & Spicy Stories: new episodes, seasons and the app launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box and confirming your email.

Who processes it

Our email list is hosted by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania, EU), which acts as our data processor. The website is served by Cloudflare. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and your address is then removed from our list.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to privacy@spicyhotshorts.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

This site and our emails are for adults aged 18 and over.
